Semblance

He is a film critic, researcher, programmer and broadcaster. He has collaborated with several cultural, digital and physical media in Mexico such as Empire in Spanish, Tierra Adentro, Revista Código and has also published books edited by the INBA and the UNAM. He is the co-creator of F.I.L.M.E. magazine and the organizer of DAIMON International Film Exhibition. Julio is currently in charge of the press of the National Film Archive.
